Meditation

Sarah Jane's world really opened up once she closed her eyes and went within. She uses meditation to cultivate compassion and understanding for herself and the world around. She recorded seven Chakra meditations and one Body Kindness or Body Metta Meditation. The Chakra meditations can be listened to individually or together, in any order. The Body Metta meditation is helpful with connecting and cultivating compassion for yourself and your body. The music and production is by Caleb Gilbreath.
